About the role

The Treasury Specialist will support the Group’s subsidiaries in Southeast Europe by managing all types of payments, monitoring cash flows and ensuring smooth banking operations. The role is based in Zagreb and works closely with finance, accounting and controlling teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and execute all payment forms for Group members in Southeast Europe.
• Monitor daily payment execution and account balances.
• Coordinate with banks, handling payment traffic and banking services.
• Participate in foreign‑exchange transactions and FX market activities as needed.
• Track cash flows and liquidity of subsidiary accounts.
• Prepare and control reports on payments, cash movements and financial transactions.
• Operate SAP, internet banking and other financial applications.
• Issue and receive securities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in finance, accounting, controlling and other business functions.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or related field.
• Previous experience in finance, payments or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or internet banking is advantageous.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Interest in financial processes, banking and international business.
