About the role

The Specialist in Procurement and Logistics will support the corporate environment by managing facilities, fleet, and related services while contributing to key transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate workspaces, premises and associated services.
• Participate in infrastructure, organizational and transformation projects.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with contractors and external partners.
• Handle relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers.
• Support the management of the vehicle fleet and other corporate resources.
• Contribute to digitisation, automation and process optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare analyses, reports and business proposals to improve departmental performance.
• Conduct procurement procedures and collaborate with suppliers.
• Assist in contractual and administrative processes within the department.
• Support operational tasks related to fleet, premises and corporate asset maintenance.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education in social, economic, technical or related fields.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Independent, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on finding solutions.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Willingness for occasional field work and handling of equipment and materials.
• Interest in working with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot).
