About the role

Join a historic printing institute as a Procurement Specialist. You will be responsible for securing the raw materials and services needed to keep production running smoothly while optimizing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends for raw materials and services, identifying opportunities for more favorable purchasing.
• Evaluate current suppliers and discover new reliable partners.
• Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers and agree on terms that suit the business.
• Create and track orders independently from inquiry through delivery.
• Ensure timely procurement of paper, inks, and other printing supplies required for uninterrupted production.
• Participate in inventory planning, balancing availability with optimal storage costs.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate or graduate studies in graphic design or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional language is a plus.
• Strong negotiation abilities and independent decision‑making.
• Organized and precise work style.
