About the role

The Procurement Specialist will support the company's supply chain by overseeing purchasing activities and ensuring optimal stock levels across all stores and the distribution centre. This full‑time position is based in Solin and requires close collaboration with business units.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor the end‑to‑end procurement process.
• Define exposure and demand per business unit.
• Create purchase orders and manage order flow.
• Generate KPI reports to track procurement performance.
• Take ownership of assigned product brands for each store.
• Maintain accurate inventory status at the distribution centre.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Preferably a university degree in economics, informatics or mathematics.
• Active use of English in both spoken and written communication.
• Good understanding of procurement processes.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
