About the role

The Reporting Specialist will join the reporting team of Karlovačka banka and be responsible for preparing statutory statistical and credit reports for the Croatian National Bank, as well as regulatory filings such as FINREP and COREP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required statistical and credit reports to the Croatian National Bank (HNB).
• Compile, review and control FINREP, COREP and other regulatory reports for HNB, FINA and related authorities.
• Prepare documentation for the annual audit of the bank’s operations.

Required profile

• University degree in economics (Master’s degree or equivalent), preferably with accounting knowledge.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar reporting or analytical roles.
• Reliability, responsibility, independence, strong organizational skills and up‑to‑date work habits.
• Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
