About the role

Makpharm d.o.o., a fast‑growing pharmaceutical company based in Zagreb, is looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to join its sales and marketing team. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for a portfolio of medical products, while building strong relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned product groups.
• Plan, organise and lead independent marketing projects.
• Create marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Participate in promotional events and trade activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key clients.
• Prepare business plans and forecasts.
• Analyse sales results and monitor market performance.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, veterinary, nutrition or related field (BSc or MSc).
• At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Communicative, flexible and goal‑oriented with strong independence and initiative.
