Spa Receptionist / Spa Host

About the role

Solaris d.d. is looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist/Host to be the first point of contact for guests at its Opatija location. You will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience, promote spa services, and support the daily operations of the wellness area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and see off guests with a courteous attitude.
• Present spa treatments, packages and facilities to visitors.
• Manage reservations, appointment schedules and booking systems.
• Coordinate communication between guests and therapists.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling of services and retail products.
• Process payments, maintain accurate transaction records.
• Collect guest feedback and promptly escalate any complaints.
• Maintain a tidy, professional appearance of the reception area.

Required profile

• Secondary school or higher education (SSS/VŠS).
• Experience in hospitality, wellness, reception, retail or premium customer service is a plus.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional demeanor, discretion and friendliness.
• Sales orientation and willingness to work in a team.
