About the role

We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our hotel’s culinary team in Bale. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality desserts that reflect our hotel’s philosophy and delight our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of classic and modern desserts using fresh, local ingredients.
• Participate in the development of seasonal and à‑la‑carte menus.
• Collaborate with the head chef to design new sweet creations tailored to events, seasons and guest preferences.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and organization of the pastry department, applying HACCP standards and proper storage procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure consistent presentation, timely service and a personalized guest experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in food & beverage, preferably in 4‑ or 5‑star hotels.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail, aesthetics and flavor balance.
• Familiarity with HACCP and other safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with kitchen and service staff.
• Passion for innovation and seasonal inspiration.
