About the role

We are looking for a passionate pastry chef to join our team in Zaprešić, working both in our retail shop and central production facility. The role combines traditional cake decorating with the production of single‑serve pastries (monoporcija).

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes for retail customers.
• Produce monoporcija items in the central kitchen.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in both environments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow between retail and production.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Willingness to work two‑shift schedules in retail and single‑shift schedules in production.
• Availability on holidays, with every other Sunday off in retail and all Sundays off in production.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Hacap system.
• Basic knowledge of monoporcija production (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in cake decorating and pastry preparation.
