About the role

Join Schindler Croatia as a Warehouse Operative. You will be responsible for handling goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the flow of materials in a dynamic, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and issue goods.
• Use computer systems to record and track warehouse processes.
• Create purchase orders and cooperate with the purchasing department.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular and special inventories.
• Organise storage space and perform general warehouse tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of the warehouse.

Required profile

• Secondary education (IV level) or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, reliability and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Croatian and basic to good English.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and/or ERP systems).
