About the role

SDMS d.o.o. is looking for a warehouse operative to manage the storage of construction materials, tools and equipment. The role combines hands‑on warehouse work with logistics coordination, documentation and ERP‑based administration, while collaborating daily with site teams, procurement and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials, tools and equipment against accompanying documents.
• Issue materials and tools to construction sites and process returns.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, dispatches and issue notes.
• Report damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Participate in regular inventory counts.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and safe.
• Communicate with site personnel and the purchasing department via phone and email.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (any specialization).
• Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel).
• Attention to detail, reliability and responsibility.
• Willingness to perform physical work in a warehouse environment.
• Valid category B driving licence.
