About the role

As a member of our warehouse team in Zagreb, you will ensure timely and accurate handling of goods, supporting both B2B and B2C customers. Your work will be essential for maintaining inventory precision throughout the storage process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safety from receipt to dispatch.
• Pick, locate, commission and pack products for orders.
• Scan items for B2B and B2C shipments.
• Prepare parcels for courier hand‑over.
• Process returned goods, including weighing, photographing and documenting.
• Fulfill special customer requests such as labeling, assembling or repacking.
• Participate in activities that ensure correct stock records.
• Follow all relevant procedures and safety standards.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Responsible, organized and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Minimum secondary education (SSS).
