About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team in Zagreb. The role combines handling incoming and outgoing goods in our warehouse with delivering orders to customers. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and offers a permanent contract with a six‑month probation period.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify goods against supplier delivery notes.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative checks of inbound and outbound items.
• Monitor stock levels in the warehouse and update the ERP system.
• Load, unload and handle merchandise safely.
• Store items by type and quantity in appropriate locations.
• Issue goods according to customer orders.
• Pack and repack products as needed.
• Prepare packed goods for dispatch.
• Create and label warehouse documentation.
• Deliver orders to customers.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse and surrounding environment.
• Conduct partial and annual inventory counts.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Work one shift, Monday to Friday.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (SSS).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
