About the role

The Warehouse and Web Administrator will support the central warehouse in Zagreb by maintaining master data, preparing documentation, and providing customer support for online orders and returns. The role combines logistical tasks with basic web‑based administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data related to the warehouse for declaration printing.
• Create and manage product declarations and labeling.
• Process returns, prepare write‑off documentation, and generate shipping labels.
• Receive, unpack, sort, and store incoming goods.
• Coordinate order picking, monitor delivery status, and handle online customer inquiries.
• Record daily inbound and outbound movements, update inventory balances, and perform inventory counts.
• Enter all supporting documents into the warehouse system and track online order processes.
• Provide email and phone support for customers, resolve complaints, returns and exchanges.

Required profile

• Previous experience in similar warehouse or administrative positions.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Responsible, autonomous and precise work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
