About the role

The System Engineer for Microsoft Infrastructure will be responsible for testing, implementing and maintaining both new and existing software and hardware solutions within the bank's IT environment. The role focuses on Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 cloud services and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, test and maintain systems based on Microsoft technologies, especially Office 365 and related cloud services.
• Utilise AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and scripting languages to automate tasks.
• Deploy, test and maintain Windows servers and associated services, applying patches and updates.
• Participate in projects that introduce new IT solutions for the bank and its group entities.
• Engage with key users, analyse requirements, evaluate results and propose optimisation measures.
• Monitor emerging technologies and continuously acquire new knowledge.
• Coordinate with other organisational units and project teams, providing regular reports.
• Organise and systematise project documentation, work processes and instructions.
• Maintain activity logs and report on work outcomes.

Required profile

• Completed at least a higher education technical degree (e.g., FER, VVG, FOI, FESB, PMF, Algebra, TVZ or similar).
• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience communicating with users and collaborating in project teams.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Microsoft Copilot (AI assistance).
• Windows Server administration and patch management.
• Scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
• Fundamental network protocols.
• Microsoft specialist certifications.
