About the role

Auto Benussi is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join its workshop team in Rijeka. You will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repairs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive vehicles for service and record relevant details.
• Communicate with customers about service status, needs, and recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and invoices for all service work.
• Coordinate with technicians and other internal stakeholders to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Promote additional products and services offered by the company.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s image through excellent customer interaction.

Required profile

• Understanding of general sales and automotive service processes.
• Good computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in English.
• Awareness of current trends in the automotive market.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Responsibility and professionalism in task execution.
