Serviser industrijskih kompresora i dizel agregata

About the role

We are expanding our service capacity in Croatia and are looking for two experienced service technicians (one for Split and one for Zagreb) to maintain industrial compressors, power systems and diesel generators.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical servicing of Ingersoll Rand compressors, FNA Power Systems and diesel generators.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback on their needs.
• Create work orders, service reports and keep an accurate database of partners and contacts.
• Coordinate with colleagues to deliver timely field service across Croatia, and occasionally in Bosnia‑Herzegovina and Montenegro.

Required profile

• Technical secondary school graduate (SSS) in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.
• High level of independence, responsibility and systematic work approach.
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Motivation for continuous learning and willingness to travel for field work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
