Service Sales Specialist (m/f)

About the role

ABB is looking for a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales, generate new opportunities and secure profitable contracts within the Zagreb region. You will focus on expanding the installed‑base penetration and promoting the full portfolio of ABB’s service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Sell ABB products, systems and services, meeting business targets for the assigned service business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and present comprehensive solutions.
• Develop and execute marketing activities and value propositions for customers.
• Identify new market opportunities, including digital sales channels, and promote digital solutions.
• Handle administrative sales procedures, support collection and project management when required.
• Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring correct technical and financial details.

Required profile

• Electrical Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong customer orientation, learning ability and personal integrity.
• Valid Croatian driving licence for customer visits.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems and solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
• Digital sales capability.
