Service Engineer – Fleet Management & Telematics

About the role

Join SICK MOBILISIS as a Service Engineer, supporting fleet management products and telematics solutions for commercial vehicles and machinery. You will work both on‑site and remotely, ensuring our customers receive reliable, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑site and remote service activities for fleet management products.
• Install and service vehicle telematics, monitoring systems, and other electronic equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support, consulting, and training to customers, installation partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• High school diploma in a technical field such as Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented problem‑solver.
