Senior Unity & C# Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Unity & C# Developer to own the architecture, development, and maintenance of robust, multi‑platform Unity applications. The role involves directing system design, overseeing backend and live‑game operations, and managing release pipelines from our headquarters in Osijek.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development of core Unity modules to meet milestones and project goals.
• Establish C# architecture standards, guide system design, and make technical decisions.
• Integrate backend APIs, web protocols, database interactions, and live‑ops platforms such as PlayFab.
• Own the multi‑platform Unity build pipeline, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies.
• Run agile Scrum processes, clear technical blockers, and coordinate day‑to‑day execution.
• Mentor team members, maintain technical documentation, and manage internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading Unity projects.
• Expert‑level proficiency in C# and Unity architecture.
• Extensive experience with APIs, complex server communication, web protocols, and database interactions.
• Solid familiarity with live‑game operations platforms (e.g., PlayFab).
• Deep understanding of Unity build pipelines, CI/CD automation, and multi‑platform deployment.
• Proven ability to document complex codebases and system architectures clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership and willingness to own key project modules.
