Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Erste Asset Management is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the distribution of investment products and drive new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand our market presence while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales of investment products and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with the sales network and key distribution partners.
• Support the sales network through meetings, roadshow activities, and field visits.
• Educate sales channels on investment products and capital‑market trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients.
• Create new sales tools and initiatives.
• Participate in strategic, regional, and digital projects.
• Collaborate with Product, Portfolio Management, and other internal teams.
• Monitor sales results and propose actions for continued growth.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance or a related field.
• Experience in asset management, banking or financial services.
• Proven track record in selling investment products.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and capital markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and networking abilities.
• Proactive, independent and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
