Senior Sales Executive (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Zagreb team. This full‑time position focuses on expanding our media and digital services across Croatia and selected European markets, combining strategic prospecting with hands‑on client management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in media, advertising and digital services.
• Conduct market research, prospecting and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Collaborate with internal sales, media, creative and campaign teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor the pipeline and contribute to sales forecasting.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Canva (advantage).
