About the role

We are looking for an experienced senior accountant who can combine deep accounting knowledge with people leadership and technology awareness. As a team leader you will act as the bridge between clients, the accounting team and senior management, driving both service excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, providing advisory support.
• Organise, coordinate and supervise the daily work of the accounting team.
• Mentor and train junior colleagues, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of all accounting and tax processes.
• Participate in complex accounting, tax and advisory projects.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of digital tools and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and business development.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, finance, accounting, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
• Proven experience handling multiple clients simultaneously, preferably in a service or advisory environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making and client‑relationship skills.
