Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

Polleo Adria is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people‑focused initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with line managers and senior stakeholders to design, implement and continuously improve talent and performance programmes that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to execute the rolling people plan, attracting, developing and retaining talent.
• Challenge organisational design and lead transformation projects aligned with Polleo Sports goals.
• Drive the continuous development journey for internal talent, delivering targeted development actions.
• Own the Performance and Talent Management cycle, including talent reviews, calibration, succession planning and action‑plan follow‑up.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to line managers on hiring, transfers, contracts, leaves, rewards and reporting.
• Coach leaders on policy interpretation, talent management, development and organisational design.
• Promote an inspirational leadership and entrepreneurship culture and boost employee engagement.
• Lead new HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven record of delivering innovative HR and change‑management projects.
• Hands‑on approach with a growth mindset.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and the courage to challenge constructively.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
