Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will act as the trusted partner to the Finance Manager, owning the accounting and reporting agenda for the local entity. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of financial information while gaining full visibility of the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate month‑end and year‑end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals and complex journal entries.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages and support cash‑flow forecasting.
• Lead the annual external audit process and ensure audit readiness throughout the year.
• Drive automation, standardisation and efficiency initiatives, supporting ERP improvements and finance transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a multinational environment with strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience supporting or leading external audits and performing month‑end/year‑end close.
