About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor who will guide customers through the design and purchase of custom furniture. The role combines front‑office sales, concept development and coordination with production at our Zagreb workshop.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present tailored furniture solutions.
- Develop initial design concepts and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create work orders and prepare all necessary documentation for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
Required profile
- Good command of English; German is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, construction methods and fittings.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with SketchUp or a similar 3‑D modelling tool.
- Ability to work with MS Office – Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with the Corpus program (preferred, not mandatory).
