About the role

We are looking for four independent masters/foremen to lead finishing works on renovation and adaptation projects. The role involves supervising and executing a variety of construction tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out final construction works in adaptations and renovations
• Perform demolition and dismantling activities
• Execute plastering, sanding, scraping, impregnation and painting
• Install drywall systems (Knauf) and construct dry‑wall structures
• Repair minor masonry, patch walls and perform small bricklaying tasks
• Lay vinyl and laminate flooring
• Manage all accompanying finishing tasks and ensure site cleanliness

Required profile

• Proven experience in independent construction work
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions on site
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Required skills

• Drywall (Knauf) installation
• Plastering, sanding and surface preparation
• Painting and impregnation techniques
• Demolition and dismantling
• Flooring installation (vinyl, laminate)

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from €1,800 to €2,200
• Payment on the first working day of each month
• Christmas, Easter bonuses and annual regression
• Work schedule: 7:00‑15:00 or 8:00‑16:00, Monday‑Friday
