About the role

We are looking for an experienced, self‑motivated Radio Communications Engineer to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining advanced radio and telecom systems that support critical infrastructure and intelligent transport solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development and implementation of radio communication systems.
• Plan, monitor and optimise radio networks and communication infrastructures.
• Maintain and improve existing radio‑communication solutions.
• Prepare technical analyses, studies, reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate and execute radio‑communication projects.
• Track emerging technologies and apply innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with users, partners and suppliers on technical projects.

Required profile

• Higher education in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering, telecommunications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in radio communications, telecommunications or related technical systems.
• Strong knowledge of planning, development and maintenance of radio and telecom systems.
• Proven ability to produce technical documentation and analyses.
• Proficiency with standard office tools and advanced tools such as AI and Microsoft 365.
• Independent, proactive, analytical and problem‑oriented work style.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
• Active use of English and a valid category B driving licence.
