Sales Specialist – MV/LV Switchgear & Digital Solutions

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive growth of MV/LV switchgear and digital solutions within the Industry segment across the ABB Croatia Cluster. You will act as a technical ambassador, linking customers with ABB’s manufacturing expertise and helping them solve operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate delivery times, payment terms and general conditions to customers in line with ABB strategy.
• Execute marketing activities and convey ABB’s value proposition to the market.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities in the designated region.
• Manage administrative sales procedures, support cash collection and assist project management when needed.
• Collaborate closely with project management teams on regional and global projects.
• Present ABB manufacturing facilities to clients, demonstrating how technology meets their needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with MV/LV switchgear and digital solutions for the Industry segment.
• Hands‑on experience with MV and LV switchgear and configurator tools.
• Innovative mindset, strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
