Sales Representative / Sales Consultant (m/f)

About the role

Parket Concept d.o.o., a specialist in premium wooden flooring solutions for private, commercial and construction projects, is expanding its sales team in Zagreb. The role focuses on proactive business development, client relationship management and closing sales of high‑end flooring products.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell the company’s product range and tailored flooring solutions.
• Identify and acquire new customers across the construction, interior design and private sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, investors, architects, designers and construction firms.
• Present products, provide professional advice and prepare detailed quotations.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends and spot new business opportunities.
• Contribute to overall sales growth and market expansion.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented sales personality.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
