About the role

The Adria HEARTS Summit is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive revenue through participation packages, corporate offers, sponsorships and strategic alliances. You will act as the primary point of contact for businesses interested in leadership development, CSR/ESG initiatives, innovation projects and long‑term collaboration with the HEARTS ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting corporate and international clients.
• Identify, attract and convert new clients and partners across Croatia and abroad.
• Sell individual, group, corporate and VIP participation packages.
• Design and present tailored sponsorship and partnership proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with senior executives, investors and organisations, securing signed agreements and payments.
• Maintain the CRM, sales pipeline, forecasts and performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, programme and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Transfer client commitments to the delivery team and nurture relationships for future collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in conferences, hospitality or high‑value services.
• Demonstrated ability to reach decision‑makers and close high‑value deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
