Sales Manager (SaaS, HoReCa)

About the role

Leaders Group is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of SaaS solutions for the HoReCa market across Croatia. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, while collaborating closely with project, account and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Management – process and qualify incoming leads, conduct initial consultations, and keep lead status up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Client Calls and Meetings – deliver product demos, hold online and in‑person presentations, handle objections and guide prospects to decisions.
• CRM Management – log all activities, notes and tasks promptly, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Commercial Proposals – create tailored offers, send proposals, track decisions and follow up on deadlines.
• Cross‑Department Collaboration – coordinate with Project/Account Managers and Technical Support, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Continuous Learning – attend internal trainings, stay informed on product updates and market trends.
• Reporting – prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyse the funnel and forecast results.
• Compliance – follow the sales playbook, meet KPIs and adhere to operational standards.
• Event Participation – represent the company at trade shows, webinars and industry events.
• Marketing Support – help create client presentations and provide feedback to marketing.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS or HoReCa.
• Fluent Croatian (C1‑C2) and good command of English.
• Proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities, both online and offline.
• High responsibility, detail‑orientation and a customer‑focused mindset.
