Sales Manager (m/w/d) – B2B Leasing

About the role

The grenke group, which offers renting, banking and factoring products from a single source, is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager in Zagreb. The role suits a "hunter" profile focused on finding new business, building pipelines from scratch and growing through new client acquisition, with long-term remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and maintain existing B2B partnerships
• Develop individual customer solutions and create leasing offers and contracts
• Support and train retail partners
• Maintain your network and represent the company
• Monitor the regional market situation and drive positive business development

Required profile

• Business college and several years of professional experience with active B2B customer contact, especially in the service sector
• Proven hands-on hunter sales experience in acquiring new customers
• Strong field sales background, comfortable meeting customers face to face
• Good knowledge of annual financial statements and strong customer orientation
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
• Class B driving licence

• Very good MS Office skills
