Sales and Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to lead the commercial strategy of a unique tourist resort on the Adriatic coast. You will drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning for accommodation, congress, and meeting facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to maximise occupancy and profitability of accommodation, congress and meeting halls.
• Lead and motivate a cohesive team through open, stimulating communication.
• Oversee budgeting, business planning and financial forecasting.
• Design pricing strategies and comprehensive sales plans.
• Conduct market segmentation, identify trends and seize new opportunities.
• Negotiate sales contracts and build long‑term relationships with business partners and clients.
• Implement technological solutions for sales, marketing, reporting and data analysis.

Required profile

• University degree in hospitality, economics or a related business field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong business communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP tools.
