About the role

We are looking for a grill chef to work in our restaurant kitchens across several Croatian cities. The role involves preparing the grill, ensuring food freshness, and delivering high‑quality grilled dishes during service.

Key responsibilities

• Load the grill each morning, check freshness, quantities and labeling of all ingredients planned for the day.
• Monitor the fire, prepare the station and place meat on the grill as orders come in.
• Prepare side dishes, sauces and salads according to Batak standards.
• Finish soups, starters and main courses following Batak recipes.
• Hand over a clean and organized kitchen to the next shift with all supplies in place.

Required profile

• Ability to quickly and skillfully grill meat to the required doneness.
• Attention to food labeling and freshness maintenance.
• Good organization skills, especially during peak service.
• Calm under pressure and willing to ask for or give help to colleagues.
• Willingness to perform any kitchen task, including dishwashing, and keep the workspace clean.
