About the role

The Regional Retail Manager will organize, lead and coordinate the activities of the Retail Service within a defined region. Reporting to the Retail Director, the role is responsible for implementing business plans, controlling execution and driving results that maximise the company’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, lead and coordinate retail operations in the assigned region.
• Develop and execute business plans for the retail service and monitor their implementation.
• Manage costs, resources and inventory, ensuring optimal assortment.
• Educate and develop staff in line with business needs.
• Collect market information continuously to maximise business outcomes.
• Propose new procedures and standards to increase efficiency.
• Monitor product trends and contribute to marketing strategy development.
• Prepare regular performance reports.
• Liaise with inspection and regulatory bodies as required.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (4‑year program) or higher education.
• At least two years of experience in a similar retail management role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Active use of the English language.
