About the role

EUROBETON is expanding its sales force and seeks two regional sales managers to lead business development in Central & Northwestern Croatia and Dalmatia. You will independently manage sales activities, nurture client relationships, and drive market share growth for our construction‑element products.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead all sales operations within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects.
• Monitor sales performance against the business plan.
• Handle enquiries, calls and sales opportunities promptly.
• Negotiate order terms and contracts with clients.
• Track receivables and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics.
• Prepare monthly sales performance reports.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Plan and execute post‑sale activities.

Required profile

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Familiarity with the low‑construction market and materials is preferred.
• Ability to manage client relationships independently.
• Good knowledge of public procurement regulations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and deadline orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
