About the role

We are looking for a Complaint Representative to manage and resolve customer complaints for Harvey Norman Croatia in Rijeka. The role involves handling the full lifecycle of complaints, from registration to final resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and open complaint records in the system.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and communicate outcomes to customers.
• Maintain written, telephone and face‑to‑face communication with clients.
• Edit and update complaint documentation.
• Monitor and control costs associated with complaints.
• Order spare parts required for complaint resolution.
• Coordinate installers for client visits.
• Provide support to sales staff, department managers and their deputies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in handling customer complaints.
• High‑level communication skills.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Attention to detail, organized and flexible.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
