About the role
We are looking for a Referent in the Shipping Department to manage the acceptance and dispatch of various cargoes in containers, trucks and rail wagons. The role involves coordinating transport, preparing documentation and liaising with clients, carriers, ship owners, customs and inspection authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Accept and dispatch different types of cargo in containers, trucks and wagons.
- Organise transport and monitor the flow of goods.
- Prepare transport and accompanying documentation.
- Carry out customs‑related procedures.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, ship owners, customs and inspection services.
- Continuously update knowledge of legal regulations in the field.
Required profile
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Adaptability and conscientious approach to work.
- Thoroughness and responsibility.
- Willingness to work in a team.
- Passing the customs declarant exam is not a prerequisite.
