About the role

The Export Department Referent will act as the main point of contact for foreign customers, handling daily communication, order processing and export documentation. You will work closely with internal production sites and external suppliers to ensure smooth export operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with international customers, answering inquiries and managing correspondence.
• Track, process and update orders, deliveries and complaints on a daily basis.
• Prepare and handle import‑export documentation.
• Coordinate with internal production plants and external suppliers.
• Monitor the execution of agreed activities and deadlines.
• Perform administrative and organisational tasks related to export business.
• Support additional office tasks as directed by the director.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education, preferably in economics.
• Fluent German, both spoken and written.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar export roles.
• Knowledge of export goods‑material accounting.
• Organised, precise, responsible and reliable, able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communicator with various departments, customers and suppliers.
