About the role

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Sales and Administration Clerk to join our team in Sesvete. The role involves handling customer orders, providing support, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within a stable, internationally‑oriented company.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record customer orders.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email, offering assistance.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and maintain accurate invoicing.
• Work closely with the accounting department.
• Provide general administrative support for business operations.
• Interact with the warehouse to coordinate product deliveries.
• Present products to visiting customers and receive goods from suppliers.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated.
• Goal‑oriented mindset.
• No prior work experience required; candidates without experience are welcome.
• Knowledge of furniture fittings is a plus.
• English and/or Hungarian language skills are advantageous.
