About the role

The Procurement Officer will manage the acquisition of materials, equipment and services for residential and commercial construction projects in Zagreb. Acting as the link between the construction sites, management and suppliers, the role directly influences project costs and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for construction projects.
• Coordinate with site teams, management and external vendors.
• Prepare and evaluate purchase orders, contracts and related documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in construction, economics or a technical field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Negotiation abilities and accuracy in handling documentation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
