About the role
The company is expanding and needs a professional to coordinate material flows between procurement, suppliers and construction sites.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and control material receipts
- Monitor order status and deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery dates
- Coordinate logistics and transport of goods
- Update delivery data in the ERP system
- Inform project managers about material status
- Resolve operational issues related to deliveries
Required profile
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, material management, procurement or operations (construction projects preferred)
- Organised and systematic work style
- Strong communication and responsibility
- Experience with ERP systems (Pantheon preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Internet

- MS Office
