About the role
The Palace Hotel Zagreb is looking for a dynamic individual to join the front‑desk team. Depending on your experience you will work as a Receptionist handling daily guest interactions, or as a Shift Manager overseeing the reception team and ensuring seamless service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform guest check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, payments and billing with attention to detail.
- Maintain a high standard of front‑desk service and appearance.
- For experienced candidates: coordinate shift schedules, resolve guest complaints, and mentor junior staff.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in Croatian and English.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front‑desk operations is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems.
- Basic cash handling and billing knowledge.
