About the role

We are looking for a communicative receptionist for Hotel Bevanda ***** in Opatija. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in and check‑out guests, issue invoices.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries, including restaurant reservations.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and parking.
• Perform all other reception‑related duties as needed.

Required profile

• Secondary school (SSS/VSS) education.
• Active knowledge of English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• C1 level proficiency in Croatian.
• Strong orientation toward high‑quality service and guest satisfaction.
• EU citizenship (no accommodation provided).
• Students available for full‑time work are also considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
