About the role

Bobis d.o.o. is looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker (handyman) to support the upkeep of its production facilities in Solin. The role involves performing complex electrical tasks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out advanced electrical work and installations.
• Maintain fixed assets, small inventory, devices and equipment.
• Install, dismantle and service machinery and tools with heightened safety risks.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, servicing and assembly tasks related to facility upkeep.
• Monitor proper use of tools, materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire protection regulations.
• Record daily work activities and material consumption per cost centre.
• Participate in technical inspections and propose corrective actions.
• Follow internal policies, decisions and directives.
• Execute additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in the electrical field.
• Minimum two years of experience in similar maintenance roles.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Responsible attitude towards work tasks.

Required skills

• Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Machinery maintenance and repair.
• Operation of hand and power tools.
