About the role

We are looking for a production worker to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing line in Zagreb. The role involves preparing workstations, operating and adjusting machines, and ensuring clean and compliant production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare work area, machines, devices and tools for the production process.
• Operate and adjust production machines, monitor the production flow of pharmaceutical forms.
• Control process parameters and record production data according to procedures.
• Wash and prepare contact packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of production rooms, clean corridors and auxiliary spaces.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma in electrical, mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, veterinary or related fields.
• Willingness to work three shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or related processing industry is desirable but not mandatory.
