Property Specialist (m/f) – Lease Management

About the role

The Property Specialist will manage lease agreements and nurture relationships with landlords to support United Towers' real‑estate portfolio in Croatia. You will act as the main point of contact for all lease‑related activities, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, review, extend and conclude lease agreements, safeguarding company interests.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with landlords and resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Gather all required documentation, permits and related paperwork for property‑management tasks.
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal databases, generate reports and keep records up to date.

Required profile

• High school diploma with a technical/economic focus; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field; telecom industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work with government bodies, contractors and third parties.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
