Projects Specialist – Tower Infrastructure

About the role

The Projects Specialist will support the planning, design and documentation of tower and infrastructure projects for TAWAL in Croatia. You will work closely with designers, contractors and government bodies to ensure projects meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing TAWAL project strategy, plans and objectives for the region.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to collect data on tower locations, network status and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with designers, obtain necessary permits and review design drawings, schematics and blueprints for mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of design specifications, plans and changes, ensuring proper document management.
• Review and contribute to civil and electromechanical design submissions for all site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, intermediaries and other stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a relevant construction or telecom environment.
• Experience working with government bodies, contractors and third‑party partners.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform data analytics and interpret technical data.
