Project Manager (Junior) - Retail Construction Projects (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to lead retail construction projects for new store openings in Zagreb. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from site evaluation and negotiations to construction, fit‑out and store opening.

Key responsibilities

• Manage negotiations, design and construction processes for new store openings.
• Prepare, monitor and update project budgets and timelines using MS Project and internal tools.
• Coordinate technical requirements with landlords, architects, designers and contractors.
• Obtain permits, approvals and required documentation from local authorities.
• Organise tender processes, evaluate contractor proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Supervise site handovers, monitor construction and fit‑out works, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate furniture production, installation and material deliveries.
• Lead store handovers to Regional Sales Managers and support store openings.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education combined with relevant professional experience in project management, construction, architecture, engineering or retail development.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is an advantage.
